Caley win all about Adam

ADAM MACKINNON grabbed a goal and two assists in a man-of-thematch performance for Inverness Caledonian Thistle in their 4-0 thumping of Queen of the South.

Liam Sole's volley put Caley Thistle ahead before Mackinnon set up Chanka Zimba and Alfie Bavidge either side of his own solo strike to ensure the Highlanders maintained their spot in pole position.

Mackinnon said: "We knew it was going to be a tough game because we've played them already this season and they made it hard for us but the boys were really good - four goals and a clean sheet so we can't complain.
