The Supreme Court on Friday issued an interim order directing the West Bengal government to pay 25 per cent of the pending dearness allowance to its employees within four weeks.
A bench of Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Manoj Misra issued the order, while scheduling the next hearing on August.
