Rossendale School Sports Partnership and the national charity the Panathlon Challenge organised a bowling competition for Rossendale primary and secondary school students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

The atmosphere at Disco Bowl in Burnley was electric and the children’s delight at playing the sport was obvious to all with several dancing along to the music.

School games organiser Nathan Bibby said: “The Panathlon Challenge bowling afternoon is one of the most enjoyable events we do. The atmosphere is electric; the children are so enthusiastic.
