Car crashes into takeaway on its first day open

A CAR that smashed into a takeaway in Heywood was being chased by police, our sister paper the Manchester Evening News has learned.

The drama unfolded on Bridge Street at around 8.30pm on Wednesday evening.
A BMW ploughed into Miami Burgers, which had opened its doors just a few hours earlier.
