"Sant Baba Sukha Singh Ji completed months-long work in just a few days": Deputy Commissioner

The Dhussi embankment of the Ravi River, located near villages Ghonewal and Machhiwal in the Ramdas subdivision of Amritsar district, was breached on 27 August, severely flooding villages in the Ajnala and Dera Baba Nanak regions.
Under the leadership of Sant Baba Sukha Singh Ji and Sant Baba Hakim Singh Ji, from Sampardai Kar Sewa Sant Baba Tara Singh Ji Sarhali Sahib, a sewa (voluntary service) was initiated on 7 September with an Ardas (prayer) and support from the administration to repair the breach.
