Kathua encounters: 'Major terror plot foiled, infiltration route exposed,’ say police

The four recent encounters in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district "exposed" the route used by terrorists to infiltrate into India from across the International Border (IB), a senior police officer said on Wednesday.
