Kapurthala should be declared a holy city before the arrival of the new light forms of Goddess Bhagwati : Kalia

Demanding that Kapurthala be declared a holy city, Shiv Sena Uddhav Thackeray's state spokesperson Omkar Kalia said on Tuesday that considering the importance of all the historical religious sites and religious events in the city, declaring Kapurthala a holy city is both a demand and a necessity.
