Post
|August 13, 2025
3BHK is a tender, compelling family drama that follows Vasudevan and his family in their decade-long journey toward one simple, powerful goal — owning a home of their own.
-
The film begins in the year 2006 and introduces us to Vasudevan (R Sarathkumar), a humble factory worker, living with his wife Shanti (Devayani), and their children, Prabhu (Siddharth) and Aarthi (Meetha Raghunath).
Prabhu is unhappy with the new home the family have rented and wishes for something better. His sister Aarthi begins to calculate how much they would need to move into a better place and a place of their own. The family begin to work towards this goal, setting monthly milestones, working longer hours and starting a mini snacks business from home.
