The judgment in the case of former police officer and murder accused Rachel Kutumela is expected this Friday at the Polokwane Magistrate's Court. Kutumela is accused of orchestrating insurance-linked murders worth over R10m, as well as fraud, alongside her co-accused Anna and Flora Shokane.

The matter was postponed last Friday after state prosecutor Kgaogelo Lekoloane told the court that both the state and defence had not completed their written heads of argument. He explained that the workload was extensive, requiring more time to finalise.
