Tuinliefhebbers is mense wat 'n passie het vir die natuur en hul omgewing so eko-vriendelik as moontlik probeer hou.
Dit was daarom gepas dat die Pietersburg Tuinbouklub tydens hul Meivergadering die fokus geplaas het op e-vullis en die veilige hantering daarvan.
E-vullis, oftewel elektroniese vullis, hoop vinnig in huishoudings op sonder dat mense werklik besef hoeveel daarvan daar is. Dis die afstandbeheerkarretjie wat nie meer werk nie, die ou selfoon, 'n stukkende mikrogolf, ou haardroërs of selfs 'n elektriese skeermes - alles items wat as e-vullis geklassifiseer word.
