A former Renfrewshire in-residence writer will be hosting an intimate event in Paisley after her latest book, based on the Yorkshire Ripper case, won national awards.
Ajay Close will be popping up at the Salvation Army on Mill Street next month where fans will be able to get an insight into her recent book 'What Doesn't Kill Us!
Close based her most recent page-turner on the Yorkshire Ripper case.
Fifteen months ago, What Doesn't Kill Us won the coveted Scottish fiction book of the year prize.
Two of her other novels have been long listed for major literary prizes.
