Members of Paisley Colour Photographic Club took part in the first of this season’s competitions.

The Summer Assignment was judged by Ruth Hayton from Ayr Photographic Society while the Bowie Nature Competition was judged by Gordon Rae of Dumfries Camera Club.
The Summer Assignment is a themed competition which encouraged members to take images over the summer break.
Seven themes were set and the photographer chose one image from four separate themes.
The themes for 2025 were Acute Angle(s), Bridge(s), Differential Focus/Bokeh, (A) Dominant Colour(s), Framing A Subject, Old and New, A Windy Day.
