Consilium will be the main contractor for Ardenglen Housing Association
A Paisley business has landed a huge new deal after being appointed the main contractor to support a Glasgow housing association.
Consilium Contracting Services has been awarded a 12-month contract to support Ardenglen Housing Association's day-to-day responsive repairs, 24/7 emergency repairs and works to prepare empty homes for new tenants.
According to Ardenglen, Consilium achieved the highest overall score during evaluation and demonstrated strong value for money, quality and ability to meet stringent service standards.
Paul McGrath is managing director of Consilium who are St Mirren’s match kit sponsors this season.
