An Elderslie woman who transformed her health and confidence is set to become a new consultant at the Johnstone Slimming World group.

It's my turn to inspire others

Paula Sheils is stepping into a new chapter of her fitness adventure as she is set to pass on her passion, warmth and lived experience to help others achieve their own weight loss goals.

In just over a year, Paula lost an incredible 3st 7lbs - transforming not only her appearance but also her health, confidence and outlook on life.

According to Paula, taking a food-optimising approach showed her how to make healthier choices without giving up variety or the joy of eating out.

With the support of her consultant and fellow members, Paula discovered that socialising and staying on plan can truly go hand in hand.

One of the biggest shifts for Paula has been her mindset - learning to be more mindful around food choices and trusting herself to make decisions that support her goals without guilt or restriction.

But for her, this journey was never just about the weight loss - it was about gaining belief, confidence and a sense of purpose.
