Glasgow Airport's FlightPath Fund has reached a significant landmark having awarded more than £2 million to local community groups and charities since its launch in 2010.

The milestone was reached following the latest round of funding in October.

A total of 870 charities and community organisations have benefitted from financial support from the airport's fund over the course of the past 15 years.

Glasgow Airport first established the FlightPath Fund in 2010 to ensure the communities it serves can share in its success. It supports projects across Renfrewshire, Glasgow and East and West Dunbartonshire, with a focus on employment, environmental sustainability, and social and educational development.
