This week saw the Paisley & District Darts players take part in the playoff league fixtures for week six of the 2025/26 campaign.

Darts aces in peak form on League duty

In Division One, league leaders Hagg Bar A lost their unbeaten record when they travelled to Hashtag to take on Hashtag Bar, with Hashtag opening strongly, taking the singles games by four to two.

Hagg Bar rallied in the doubles, winning the first match 2-0, but a strong performance from Joe Duffy and Murray Houston gave the home team the win and a vital two points.

Pockets A remain in second place right behind the Hagg team, and after running up a very impressive 8-1 win at The Clippens, they sit just three winning legs behind the leaders.

Clachan Arrows retain third spot after a very hard-fought 5-4 home win over Barrhead’s Flying Horse.

The Clachan team were 4-2 after the singles matches and wrapped up the match in the first of the doubles through Craig Low and Stephen McCombe with a 2-1 victory.

Flying Horse dropped to sixth place after the defeat. The Midton took advantage of the Flying Horse defeat as the teams swapped places in the table, with the team now going fifth after a spirited 7-2 away win at Pockets B.
