Renfrewshire Council intends to continue the use of an app that supports tenants with reporting antisocial behaviour (ASB) for another 12 months.

The move will mark the second year of its operation as it transitions from a pilot into an "established" tool forming part of its approach to case management and customer engagement.

The technology - which allows users to collect and submit noise recordings, diary sheets and videos - essentially helps people log what is happening and when it is happening.
