Appeal for unwanted belongings

An East Renfrewshire charity shop is urging Buddies to donate their unwanted items to help sick and injured pets.

Staff and volunteers at the PDSA shop in Clarkston are looking for donations of summer shoes, handbags, menswear and books.
Donations can be taken to the shop from 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am to 4pm on a Sunday.
Tony, assistant manager at the shop, said: "Is your wardrobe bulging with unworn clothes or your shelves full of books you never read?
