SBI to raise ₹45K-cr via equity, debt issue in FY26

Country's largest bank State Bank of India (SBI) will raise up to Rs 45,000 crore by equity and debt issuances, including up to Rs 25,000 crore by way of QIP, which opened Wednesday.
In a regulatory filing, SBI Wednesday said it will raise up to Rs 20,000 crore by issuing bonds to domestic investors during the current fiscal.
