Nikhil Pavan Kalyan named Odisha DCO

The Centre has appointed IAS officer Nikhil Pavan Kalyan as the Director of Census Operations (DCO) and Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) for Odisha.
Similarly, 2012-batch Karnataka cadre IAS officer M Sundaresh Babu has been appointed as DCO and DCR for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
