Minister launches Khelo India centres in all dists

In a significant step towards strengthening sports infrastructure at grassroots level, Sports Minister Tusharkanti Behera on Sunday inaugurated 30 Khelo India centres in all the districts of the state.
These centres, established in collaboration between Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, and state Sports and Youth Affairs department, aim to nurture sporting talent at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the inaugural ceremony held at Kalinga Stadium here, Suraj emphasised that these centres are designed to provide necessary sports infrastructure in different disciplines such as football, volleyball, hockey, athletics, kho-kho, kabaddi and others.
