‘Eastern region a literary hub'

The Eastern Writers' Meet, jointly organised by the Central Sahitya Akademi and Odisha Sahitya Akademi, was inaugurated at the Sanskruti Bhawan auditorium.
The inaugural session was presided over by Sahitya Akademi president Dr Madhav Kaushik, who described the eastern region as a treasure trove of literature, home to many legendary writers.
