BJD youth, student wings protest over women's safety

Amid growing concerns over the safety of women and students in Odisha, members of the Biju Chhatra and Yuva Janata Dal staged protest marches and submitted memoranda at several police stations across the twin city Saturday.
The demonstrations were part of a weeklong agitation demanding justice for a student of FM (Autonomous) College and calling for stricter measures to safeguard girls and women.
