Tigers duo full of praise for city youth charity

TWO professional rugby players from Nottinghamshire have praised the work of youth organisations and charities across the city.

Leicester Tigers team-mates Joe Heyes and Emeka Ilione, visited a boxing session at Switch Up's base in St Ann's on Thursday, March 27.

The charity aims to deter young people away from crime and support them with their mental health through mentoring, counselling, and boxing sessions.

Joe, 25, who also plays for the England national team, said he wishes he had access to better services when he was a struggling teenager growing up in Nottingham.
