BUT BRENTFORD ACE MAY CARRY A £50M PRICE TAG
NOTTINGHAM Forest are said to be eyeing up Brentford ace Bryan Mbeumo ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
It is set to be an important summer at the City Ground. There is every chance the club will find themselves planning for a European campaign but ins and outs are on the cards regardless.
Strengthening at the top end of the pitch will be a priority as Forest look to build on a stunning 2024-25 season. A number of attackers have already been linked with moves Trentside and now Mbeumo is the latest name added to the list.
According to GIVEMESPORT, the Reds are weighing up "a surprise" swoop for the 25-year-old. He is reportedly regarded as someone who would slot into head coach Nuno Espirito Santo's counter-attacking system and bring a "fresh dynamism" to the team. However, Mbeumo would not come cheap. Even though he is heading into the final 12 months of his contract, he is said to have a £50m price tag on his head.
