December 15, 2025

BUILDING work is progressing on more than 125 new homes in a Nottinghamshire village, with the first set to be ready by the spring.

A scheme will bring 126 affordable homes to ex-mining village Clipstone, on the site of the former colliery on Mansfield Road.

There will be 88 homes for social rent, with the remaining 38 for shared ownership.
