'Massive jump' up rankings for Sat's restaurant

A NOTTINGHAM restaurant is celebrating its place on a list of the country's top 100 places to eat.

It may not come as any surprise to food lovers that it's the city’s most acclaimed venue, two Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains.
The National Restaurant Awards celebrate the brilliance and vibrancy of the UK's eating out scene and the best restaurants in the UK have been voted for by chefs, restaurateurs and food writers.
The Ritz in London took number one spot, with Restaurant Moor Hall in Lancashire in second place. Restaurant Sat Bains in Lenton Lane ranked 31st - a leap from last year's position of 69th.
