Jealous stalker used webcam to watch ex walking her dog

A JEALOUS man used a webcam to spy on his ex walking her dog with her daughter in Cornwall.

Nottingham Crown Court was told how stalker Richard Rudkin also bombarded the victim with thousands of messages having failed to accept their relationship was over.

The 53-year-old also sent a photograph of the woman with her new partner when they went to feed the homeless in the city.

Because of his offending she has now moved hundreds of miles away as she "no longer feels safe in Nottingham".

Imposing a 12-month community order, Recorder Sacha Ackland said: "You struggled to accept the relationship was over and persistently tried to get her to engage with you.

"You sent her thousands of messages which I have read and would have been frustrating and scary for her.
