PROPOSED £25M TRANSFORMATION WOULD CREATE 118 APARTMENTS
PLANS have been revealed for the £25 million transformation of an office complex that previously housed one of Nottingham's biggest firms.
Developer ALB Group has asked Nottingham City Council for permission to convert Riverleen House, which Experian used to occupy, into 118 apartments.
The site, in Electric Avenue, off Queen's Drive, had been marketed by estate agents for £7.5 million. ALB acquired it for an undisclosed figure.
Arran Bailey, managing director of ALB Group, said: "With ambitious housing targets set by the new government, including a pledge to build 1.5 million homes, developments like this are absolutely vital.
