WHEN was the last time you were helped out by a volunteer? Or perhaps you are a volunteer yourself?

Nottingham has a vast array of opportunities to be a volunteer and many wonderful charities or organisations couldn't continue to function without the amazing volunteers that they have.

Recently I came across a fun group of volunteers who combine being outdoors and getting exercise as well as doing some sort of voluntary act.

Well done to GoodGym Nottingham and to all of you who volunteer in such a variety of ways in this city!
