A CHIPPY in Newark has been named among the best 40 chip shops in the UK.

Angell's Fisheries is one of only four chip shops from the East Midlands to rank in the list, compiled by the National Federation of Fish Friers. It is often said to be Newark's oldest, first opening in early 1900, according to
