42 electric buses to be rolled out as part of £2.6m boost

NOTTINGHAMSHIRE will get dozens of new buses as part of a £2.6 million Government boost aiming to make journeys greener and more comfortable.

The Department for Transport has announced £37.8 million will be invested into 319 new zero emission buses across the UK and Nottinghamshire County Council is to benefit significantly as a result.
