Speaker Gupta to attend North Zone CPA meet in Chandigarh

Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta will participate in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) India Region Zone-II North Zone Conference in Chandigarh on June 8 and 9, where he is scheduled to address a session on the role of society and legislators in achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

‘The two-day conference, being hosted by the Haryana Legislative Assembly, will bring together Speakers, Presiding Officers and legislators from northern states to discuss key governance and legislative issues linked to India’s long-term development goals.

According to the Delhi Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Gupta will speak on the theme, “Role of Aware Society and Legislators in Realising Future Challenges and the Goal of Viksit Bharat 2047.”
