Shah orders demolition of all illegal structures within 15 km of border

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday directed authorities to strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy against illegal constructions within 15 km of India’s borders, ordering the demolition of all such structures that have come up over the years.
Chairing a security review meeting in Bikaner, Shah assessed issues related to Rajasthan’s districts along the India-Pakistan border. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, senior state officials, district magistrates, and superintendents of police from Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Barmer, Sri Ganganagar, and Phalodi attended the meeting.
