More flights planned as over 200 Indians remain stranded
India on Thursday repatriated 270 of its nationals from Thailand after they fled a cybercrime hub in Myanmar's Myawaddy region. The evacuees were brought back aboard two Indian Air Force (IAF) transport aircraft following a joint operation involving the Indian missions in Bangkok and Yangon, as well as the Thai government.
