NEW DELHI: Amid a rapidly changing global landscape marked by geopolitical tensions, economic fragmentation, and climate volatility, ITC Ltd Chairman Sanjiv Puri unveiled a bold roadmap for the conglomerate's future at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday.
Emphasizing the need to navigate the "TURN", a pivotal inflection point shaped by Turbulence, Uncertainty and Rapid change that calls for Novel strategies, innovation and solutions to reimagine the future— Puri laid out the company's strategy to future-proof its business through innovation, resilience, and "compassionate capitalism."
Central to this transformation is ITC Next, the company's forward-looking strategy focused on redefining competitiveness and creating long-term stakeholder value.
A key component of ITC Next is building a future-ready portfolio via a three-horizon approach: strengthening core businesses, expanding into value-added adjacencies, and incubating new growth engines.
