Seasoned employees were surprised by the actions of New Manager (NM).
NM allegedly has a questionable track record in his résumé. When he started, he had a following—but it wasn't enough to keep him in his positions. There were other reasons.
After six years, NM was fired from Workplace 1. He moved to Workplace 2 but was let go after three years due to program changes. Moving on to Workplace 3, the same thing happened. That stint lasted four years.
At Workplace 4, something unexpected occurred. The company already had established programs and personalities that made the workplace enjoyable. However, months after assuming his position, NM's tenure resulted in the dismissal of several seasoned employees—employees whose track records and popularity had long contributed to the workplace's success.
Just like that, NM's alleged management style led to a wave of resignations. Many left because they were unhappy with his micromanagement. Was he envious of the success of those seasoned employees? Did personal differences clash with those who chose to leave?
