The Cardinal may be an almost total stranger to the 134 other cardinals from every nook and cranny of the globe who will be casting their ballots for the next pope in the Sistine Chapel, but he is more or less assured of the prayers of many or most of the 80 million baptized Filipinos.
If the other cardinal electors know that our candidate has that many prayer warriors behind him, would that knowledge force them to pray harder for their candidate?
