New Sta. Lucia sales office opens in Soccsksargen

Leading Philippine property developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc., through its exclusive marketing arm Sta. Lucia Marketing, inaugurates its newest sales office in General Santos City last June 14, 2025.

An office blessing and ribbon cutting ceremony was held to officiate the opening which was led and attended by top executives under Sta. Lucia Marketing including Sta. Lucia Marketing President and CEO Ms. Liezel Tuason-Magpoc and Vice President Mr. John Eric Escanillas.
Sales partners under the local Sta. Lucia Marketing team were all smiles as the ceremony unfolded. The whole event was also marked by several other festivities including traditional band performances and messages from the executives.
The said office which is located within SM City General Santos will be opened to provide services to potential clients especially in regards to accommodate inquiries and payments terms, provide property demonstration and other related transactions.
As for the event, the opening of the new office was met with much warmth and optimism as it could provide convenience to clients, ensuring high quality projects that meet their ideals are within their reach.
