Senator Risa Hontiveros on Wednesday, July 2, filed a complaint before the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against those allegedly behind the video of Michael Maurillo who claimed that she coerced witnesses to testify against Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader Apollo Quiboloy.

- By JEFFREY DAMICOG

"Pangunahing layunin ng reklamo ay alamin sinu-sino ang nasa likod ng pag-produce ng video (The main purpose of the complaint is to determine who are behind the production of the video)," Hontiveros told journalists.

She said that, up to now, no one has appeared and admitted being behind the production of the video.

In her complaint, Hontiveros sought the investigation of the YouTube and Facebook accounts of Pagtanggol Valiente who released the June 24 video of Maurillo, also known as alias “Rene”.

The 12 persons named in the complaint, and whom Hontiveros sought to be investigated, were Krizette Chu, Jay Sonza, Sass Sasot, Trixie Cruz Angeles, Banat By, Rob Rances, Aeron Pena, Tio Moreno, Wredel Esguerra, Joie Cruz, Ka Eric Celiz, and Ranny Randolf Libayan.
