CJ Gesmundo administers oath to 4 new CA, Sandigan associate justices

Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo administered the oath of office to four newly appointed associate justices of the Court of Appeals (CA) and the Sandiganbayan (SBN).
Sworn into office were CA Associate Justices Robert Victor Consunji Marcon and Snooky Maria Ana C. Bareno-Sagayo, and SBN Associate Justices Hans Chester Tiu Nocom and Fritz Bryn Anthony Makasiar Delos Santos.
The SC's Office of the Spokesperson said the new associate justice were appointed by President Marcos last Sept. 23.
CA Associate Justice Marcon assumed the post left vacant with the appointment of Associate Justice Fernanda C. Lampas Peralta as CA presiding justice.
CA Associate Justice Sagayo, on the other hand, succeeded Associate Justice Jacinto G. Fajardo Jr., who retired early this year.
