Biado, Chua shoot for crucial win

Cue masters Carlo Biado and Johann Chua shoot for crucial victories against their respective foes to secure a spot in the knockout stage of the 2025 US Open Pool 9-Ball Championship at the Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City Thursday, Aug. 21 (Philippine time).
The 41-year-old Biado, who is coming off a 9-6 triumph over German Boris Ivanovski, eyes his third win which will secure his ticket to the Round of 64.
The two-time World Pool Championship king opened his bid with a 9-1 demolition of Canadian Jason Munro on Tuesday, Aug. 19.
