Ayala Malls reimagines the retail experience for the future

In line with this vision, Ayala Malls held a media presentation on July 17, at Glorietta Grand Mall in Makati City, to share updates on its "Reimagining" project.

The event was led by Ayala Land Senior Vice President Mariana Zobel de Ayala and Ayala Malls Chief Operating Officer Paul Birkett, who unveiled the advancements for the redevelopment of flagship destinations such as Glorietta, Greenbelt, TriNoma, and Ayala Center Cebu, with more plans expected across the broader mall portfolio.

"Our mission has always been clear: to build with purpose—developing spaces that drive economic activity, foster social connection, and create enduring value for generations," said Zobel de Ayala. "Our malls are not just commercial centers—they are essential parts of the estates we build and essential parts of Filipino life."

Birkett echoed this vision. "This past year, Ayala Malls has been in full stride," he said. We've been hard at work reimagining what our malls can and should be—transforming them into vibrant, future-ready malls."
