'30-second massacre:' 2 teens rescued from Noveleta hazing

Two hazing victims, including a minor, were rescued from a hazing rite dubbed as the “30-second massacre” in Noveleta on May 11.
A report forwarded by the Noveleta Municipal Police Station (MPS) to the Manila Bulletin on Thursday, May 15, said the victims were an 18-year-old resident of Tanza and a 15-year-old resident of Cavite City.
Information from the Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) said both victims sustained injuries in various parts of their bodies as a result of the initiation rites.
