Thousands raised for community as ex-soldier launches appeal

THOUSANDS of pounds have been raised for the Jewish community following the Manchester synagogue terrorist attack.

A fundraiser was set up with a £12,000 target by Andrew Fox, a former British Army officer, who is now a research fellow, according to GoFundMe which hosts the page. All funds raised will go directly to the Community Security Trust (CST), a charity 'dedicated to protecting the Jewish community from antisemitism and terrorism',
