Hojlund: Exciting project

MANCHESTER United striker Rasmus Hojlund has described the project Ruben Amorim is overseeing at Old Trafford as “incredibly exciting”, while also heaping praise on former manager Erik ten Hag.

Amorim replaced Ten Hag at United in November. Amorim’s settling in period has not been without its teething problems, with his trademark 3-4-2-1 system meaning his players have needed plenty of time to adjust and understand his principles. However, there is optimism the former Sporting Lisbon boss, following a full pre-season and a summer transfer window, will accelerate United's progression.
