MONEY MOVED TO NEW BUSINESS HIT CREDITORS
THE boss of a cleaning company has been banned from being a company director for seven years after transferring almost £200,000 out of his insolvent business into a new company he had set up.
Philip Walker, 44, of Wykes Close, Quorn, left creditors more than £500,000 out of pocket after using a controversial debt-dodging scheme.
Walker ran Solus Facilities Limited, which provided cleaning services to restaurants, until it hit financial trouble in April 2023.
