Jana Silgale, 33, from Birkenhead, had travelled to the Polish city on Thursday, March 20, with five other women for her younger sister's hen do.

On Saturday, the group had been for bottomless brunch before heading on a bar crawl with a tour group across the city centre.

Upon leaving the last bar the hen party decided to check out the “best nightclub in Krakow,” when on their way to the club Jana claims they were pepper sprayed by a man.

The 33-year-old told the ECHO: “We had been to Poland for my sister’s hen do for three days, we'd finished the bar crawl around 10pm on Saturday.
