HE LOOKS READY: But Bade Aluko could be a risk if chosen in the Leicester team to face Southampton tonight

WITH one left-back injured and the other suspended, Leicester City manager Marti Cifuentes needs to rethink his defence for tonight’s trip to Southampton.

Here’s a look at the four possibilities he can choose from at St Mary’s.

In the one City game this season where neither Luke Thomas nor Victor Kristiansen has started, Ricardo Pereira played at left-back against Norwich.

But he only lasted half-an-hour there, with Ben Nelson’s injury prompting Cifuentes to reshuffle his pack and Thomas coming back into the fold.

Ricardo might then be the obvious frontrunner to play at left-back tonight, with Hamza Choudhury then coming in on the right.

But in reality, it feels like an unlikely scenario.
