WHITE WANTS TO MAKE THE BEST OF HYBRID TRAINING SYSTEM

MARC WHITE believes Dorking Wanderers players might have got too comfortable - and he's on a mission to change that.

The Wanderers boss believes that ever since his club changed from the typical non-league model of training Tuesday and Thursday nights, to training Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, the club have lost their way.

The switch to three mornings a week was meant to be a hybrid between being part-time and being full-time - and a stepping stone for the club's eventual transition into the latter.

However, White believes it has only brought poor results so far.

And he believes that could be down to too much time sitting around eating scrambled eggs and watching Sky Sports News.
